Yes, free shipping is included on every order within Ireland. No minimum spend is required.

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 1–2 business days to prepare before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your parcel will arrive within 4–9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order on its way to you.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. As we grow, we hope to expand to additional regions. When that happens, our community will be the first to know.

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to return your item. To start a return, contact us at info@theseventhshop.com and we will guide you through the steps.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to complete the transfer.
